Configuring the VirtualViewer® HTML5 ICN Connector (Case Manager)

To implement the Virtual Viewer in Case Manager, ensure that the VirtualViewer Plugin is deployed in Content Navigator and then update the Viewer Map for the Case Manager Desktop in ICN to associate the necessary file types with the Virtual Viewer.
