Converts page to a new color space.

ConvertColorSpace(ImGearRasterPage,ImGearColorSpace,Boolean) Converts page to a new color space, allowing to skip pixel data conversion.  
ConvertColorSpace(ImGearRasterPage,ImGearColorSpace,ImGearPixel) Converts page to a new color space, using the specified background color for images that contain Alpha channel.
