DICOM Data Structures Attached to the Image

If you have loaded a non-DICOM image, and are going to save it to a DICOM file, you have to add the DataSet and FileMetaInfo to it. If you need to store any data in the Preamble, you also have to create it.
On the other side, if you have loaded a DICOM file, you may want to remove the DICOM structures attached to it, to reduce the amount of memory used by the image.
