ItemIndex
A long value which represents the index of the thumbnail item to query.
Filename
A string value which represents the new filename for the specified thumbnail item.
Remarks
Setting an item's Filename will cause the thumbnail item to be regenerated. Setting this will impact the ability of the thumbnail item list to be refreshed.
