An Integer value which represents the border color for new stamp annotations.
Remarks

The default value is 0 (black).

Set this property in the Object/Embed tag or during the OnInitialize event.

Note: Color values for Prizm Viewer are ActiveX colors. For more information about assigning color values, refer to the Working with Prizm Viewer and Colors topic.
