The handle of an element returned by the ElementCreate method.
Description
Gets the gauge length of an existing ruler element. Gauge controls the size of the lines at the end of a ruler.

Parameters
elementHandle
The handle of an element returned by the ElementCreate method.
Return Type
The length of the gauge of the ruler tool.
