This class provides methods and properties for ART Encryption mark.

IG_ARTX_encryption_applied_get	Checks whether the encryption mark is applied or not to the image page.
IG_ARTX_encryption_bounds_get	Queries the bounding rectangle of annotation.
IG_ARTX_encryption_bounds_set	Updates the bounding rectangle of annotation.
IG_ARTX_encryption_create	Creates a new instance of encryption annotation (IG_ARTX_MARK_ENCRYPTION).
IG_ARTX_encryption_decrypt	Decrypts the area previously encrypted with IG_ARTX_encryption_encrypt.
IG_ARTX_encryption_encrypt	Encrypts the area of hIGear covered by the encryption mark.
IG_ARTX_encryption_password_get	Queries password string.
IG_ARTX_encryption_password_set	Updates annotation password.
