This function updates annotation password.

AT_ERRCOUNT ACCUAPI IG_ARTX_encryption_password_set( HIG_ARTX_ENCRYPTION hMark, LPSTR lpszTextBuffer );

Name	Type	Description
hMark	HIG_ARTX_ENCRYPTION	Annotation handle.
lpszTextBuffer	LPSTR	Pointer to buffer with new password. If lpszTextBuffer is NULL, then annotation password will be empty.

Error count.

This function does not process image pixels.

If there is an image associated with annotation, it will be decrypted using old password and encrypted with new one.
