Every image file format supported by ImageGear has its own filter, including the set of internal functions organized into special structure that completely defines the filter's functionality. Every format filter is described by a COM object called IGFormatParams Object. This object contains a Flags Property, which describes some general capabilities of the filter, and contains a set of control parameters that your application can set to control the filter's functionality (e.g., to control how it loads images).
