Verify You're Using the Latest Service Pack
Service pack updates will not overwrite paid licensing. Your paid licensing will continue to work and you will not be required to re-enter your purchased registration codes. Service pack updates do not include any changes that might "break" previously developed and/or deployed code.
Verify Latest Development Components
To verify you are using the latest version of an Accusoft Pegasus Development Component or Components, please use the PegConnect utility program. Please note that a Help File for each product may be found on the Start Bar under Programs\Accusoft\ScanFix Xpress, or in C:\Windows\Help.
PegConnect is installed by all component product installers and is accessible through the Windows Start menu: Start | Programs | Accusoft | Common | Utilities
PegConnect Allows You To:
- Check with Accusoft Pegasus via online connection and verify that the installed version of the component includes all the most recent updates.
- Update to the latest version automatically with your permission.
- Determine if a control is registered or unregistered on the machine.
- Easily change the registration status from registered to non-registered, or non-registered to registered.
