Minor release.
Improved Email Rendering
We have added some rendering improvements for .eml (email) documents. Note that this may change the layout of your .eml documents and separate components like annotations will not change position to match. We will note the previous defaults for each setting so you can restore the previous behavior if desired.
Inline Images
Images that are inline in .eml files will now be displayed in the rendered page instead of as attachments. This can be configured using the EmlFormatFilterOptions.setShowInlineImages() method. This object can be accessed by using the Snowbnd.getEmlOptions() method.
Custom Header Display
Email metadata headers (“To”, “From”, “Subject”, etc) can now be specified and displayed in any order. Possible displayable headers include ones that were previously undisplayed, such as “CC” and “BCC”, and even any non-standard or custom headers (e.g. “X-My-Custom-Header”).
If a specified header does not exist in an .eml document, then its header field will not be displayed. This allows adding uncommon header fields without adding clutter to every email that does not include that header.
Displayable headers can be configured by the EmlFormatFilterOptions.getOrderedFields() method, which returns a list of header names as Strings. The new default is “From,To,Date,Subject,CC,BCC”.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where text selection boxes could be too small for lines of text.
