Occurs when the user selects the menu Toolbar/Windows - Image Toolbar command, or customizes the toolbar to toggle (show/hide) the image toolbar.

This event fires when the user has clicked on the Toolbar/Windows - Image Toolbar menu item, or customized the rebar to show/hide the image toolbar. When this occurs, Prizm Viewer first generates the OnToolbarImageStart event, then toggles the image toolbar, then generates the OnToolbarImageFinish event.
