OnImageZoomInFinish Event

Description

Occurs when the zoom in operation is completed.

Remarks

When the user clicks on the menu or toolbar button for Zoom In, it will first generate the
"OnImageZoomInStart" event, perform the zoom, then generate the "OnImageZoomInFinish"
event.
