Occurs when the main toolbar is toggled to be displayed or hidden.

Remarks
This event fires when the user has clicked on the Toolbar/Windows - Main Toolbar menu item, or customized the rebar to show/hide the main toolbar. When this occurs, Prizm Viewer first generates the OnToolbarMainStart event, then toggles the main toolbar, then generates the OnToolbarMainFinish event.
