Occurs when the annotation toolbar is toggled to be displayed or hidden.

Public Event OnToolbarAnnotationFinish()

This event fires when the user has clicked on the Toolbar/Windows - Annotation Toolbar menu item, or customized the rebar to show/hide the Annotation toolbar. When this occurs, Prizm Viewer first generates the OnToolbarAnnotationStart event, then toggles the image toolbar, then generates the OnToolbarAnnotationFinish event.
