Occurs when the user selects the menu or toolbar Register command.

Remarks
When the user clicks on the menu or toolbar button Register, it first generates the OnProductRegisterStart event, then display the preferences dialog, followed by generating the OnProductRegisterFinish event after the preferences dialog closes.
