Occurs when the user selects the menu or toolbar About Prizm Viewer command.

Remarks
When the user clicks on the menu or toolbar button About Prizm Viewer, it first generates the OnProductAboutStart event, then display the help window, followed by generating the OnProductAboutFinish event after the About dialog closes.
