Public Event OnAnnotationsDeleteAllStart()

This event fires when the user has requested that all annotations for the image be deleted. When the user clicks on the menu or toolbar button Annotations - Delete All Annotations, if first generates the OnAnnotationsDeleteAllStart event, then generates this event.
