Occurs when the Annotations - Delete All Annotations command has completed.

Public Event OnAnnotationsDeleteAllFinish()

This event fires when the user has requested that all annotations for the image be deleted. When the user clicks on the menu or toolbar button Annotations - Delete All Annotations, if first generates the OnAnnotationsDeleteAllStart event, then generates this event.
