The new group's ID.
Description
Raised when a user creates a new group by selecting multiple objects and then pressing Ctrl-G.

Parameters
layerHandle

 The layer handle for the group.

groupID
The new group's ID.
Remarks
In order for the user to create a group in this manner, the property AllowUserGrouping must be set to True.
