The handle of a layer returned by the CreateLayer method.
The handle of an element returned by the ElementAppend method.
If the application should draw the rectangle or if NotateXpress should draw the rectangle
Description
Sets the userdraw attribute for a specific element for the specific layer.  This controls if the application wants to draw or paint the rectangle itself.

   ByVal bUserDraw As Boolean _

Parameters
layerHandle
The handle of a layer returned by the CreateLayer method.
seqNum
The handle of an element returned by the ElementAppend method.
bUserDraw
If the application should draw the rectangle or if NotateXpress should draw the rectangle
Remarks

This is for advanced users.

The UserDraw attribute of a rectangle element determines if a rectangle element raises a UserDraw event or draws itself normally.
