The handle of a layer returned by the CreateLayer method.
The handle of an element returned by the ElementAppend method.

The new left coordinate of the bounding rectangle.

The new top coordinate of the bounding rectangle.

The new right coordinate of the bounding rectangle.

The new bottom coordinate of the bounding rectangle.

Description
Sets the bounding rectangle for a specific element for the specific layer.

seqNum
The handle of an element returned by the ElementAppend method.
left

The new left coordinate of the bounding rectangle.

top

The new top coordinate of the bounding rectangle.

right

The new right coordinate of the bounding rectangle.

bottom

The new bottom coordinate of the bounding rectangle.
