The handle of a layer returned by the CreateLayer method.
The handle of a group returned by the GrpCreateGroup method.
Description
Gets the name for the specified group.
Syntax

Parameters
layerHandle
The handle of a layer returned by the CreateLayer method.
groupID
The handle of a group returned by the GrpCreateGroup method.
Return Type
The name of the specified group.
Remarks
The default name is a null string.
