If the element should have the fill highlighted.
Description
Sets the HighlightFill attribute of the specified object.

Parameters
layerHandle
The handle of a layer returned by the CreateLayer method.
seqNum
The handle of an element returned by the ElementAppend method.
bVal
If the element should have the fill highlighted.
Remarks

The HighlightFill attribute of an annotation element determines whether or not an element will be displayed with a translucent Fill area.

Note: The PrgSetItemBackStyle method is a syntactically easier method to use. If you use this method, you have less chance of being confused by the difference between HighlightBack and HighlightFill.
