The handle of an element returned by the ElementCreate method.
Description
Gets the ShowGauge attribute of an existing ruler element. Gauge is the perpendicular line at the end of a ruler.

Parameters
elementHandle
The handle of an element returned by the ElementCreate method.

A Boolean value that indicates whether the gauge is displayed.
