Remarks
This event occurs when an annotation has changed. The user can use this event to issue an update for the thumbnail's annotations. When this event raises, the user should call GetAnnIntoVariantForThumbnail() to update the annotations for the thumbnail. This event fires when an annotation is added, deleted, grouped, or changed in visual appearance (e.g., color, text, image, font, line style, line width, etc.). This event fires when an annotation move has completed and the mouse button is released.
