IG_ISIS_TAG_IMAGEDESCRIPTION can contain a string that describes the subject of the image.

A string of the user's or application's choice which describes the subject of the image.

Remarks:

IG_ISIS_TAG_IMAGEDESCRIPTION is not used by any ISIS driver, and must be defined as a custom tag to be used within the toolkit. It is defined in the TIFF specification and may be used in TIFF files. A user may wish, for example, to attach a string to an image such as "Company Picnic, 2011."
