IG_ARTX_richtext_border_get	Queries attributes of annotation border.
IG_ARTX_richtext_border_set	Sets annotation border attributes.
IG_ARTX_richtext_bounds_get	Queries the bounding rectangle of annotation.
IG_ARTX_richtext_bounds_set	Updates the bounding rectangle of annotation.
