Arguments:

Name Type Description
hMark HIG_ARTX_POLYLINE Annotation handle.
lpLine LPAT_ARTX_BORDER New line attributes to set.

Return Value:

Error count.

Supported Raster Image Formats:

This function does not process image pixels.
