Arguments:

Name Type Description
hMark HIG_ARTX_LINE Annotation handle.
lpHead LPAT_ARTX_ARROW_HEAD Pointer to the head to set.

Return Value:

Error count.

Supported Raster Image Formats:

This function does not process image pixels.
