Description:

Gets and sets the parameters used by the decoding filters specified with the Filter key. Corresponds to the DecodeParms key in the stream dictionary. Must be set to NULL if AT_PDE_FILTERSPEC is specified but no decode parameters are specified. This can be done by zeroing the unused decode params. Required decode params for DCTDecode are Columns, Rows, and Colors.
