Description:

Adds specified LUT to the DataSet. The function supports the following LUTs:

LUT - Sequence Tag
Modality LUT - DCM_TAG_ModalityLUTSequence
VOI LUT - DCM_TAG_VOILUTSequence
Presentation LUT - DCM_TAG_PresentationLUTSequence

Syntax:

      UpdateDataSetLUTFrom (LUTSequenceTag as long, LUT as IGLUT);

Parameters:

Name	Description
LUTSequenceTag	LUT sequence tag.
LUT	IGLUT object.
