Description:

Gets and sets whether multiple thumbnail items can be selected simultaneously. True means that the user can select multiple thumbnail items at the same time (shift-left-click to select a range of items, ctrl-left-click to select multiple individual items). False means that only one item can be selected - selecting one will automatically de-select any other that is selected.
