Arguments:

| lpPtr32 | VOID FAR32* | Far pointer to buffer, where will be serialized Data Element List. |
| lpSize | LPAT_UINT | Size of the saving data. Function will fill here number of written bytes. |
| lpElemListSettings | LPAT_DCM_ELEMLIST_SETTINGS | A far pointer to AT_DCM_ELEMLIST_SETTINGS structure's object with control parameters for writing of element lists. |
| hIGMedElemList | HIGMEDELEMLIST | HIGMEDELEMLIST handle to the Data Element List object. |
Return Value:
Returns the number of ImageGear errors that occurred during the function call.
Supported Raster Image Formats:
This function does not process image pixels.
