This function calculates size of Data Element List in case of serialization.

Arguments:

| lpSize | LPAT_UINT | Function will fill here size of buffer, which will fit entire Element List. |
Return Value:
Returns the number of ImageGear errors that occurred during the function call.
Supported Raster Image Formats:
This function does not process image pixels.
