If you bought the Development copy of ImageGear Professional, please select the ImageGear Development license option from the initial screen of the AccuSoft License Manager and follow the process to retrieve a license. For more details on this process see the AccuSoft License Manager section.
If you had the Evaluation license previously, it will be overwritten with the new Development license. A Development license enables you to use any of the ImageGear features on a specified number of computers. You need to run the License Manager utility for each machine where you need to use the product.
If the hardware parameters of a machine change, next time you're using ImageGear you will receive an error with the following text "The hardware ID of this machine doesn't match license information. Please run AccuSoft License Manager on this machine to add its hardware ID to your license." Please run the License Manager utility to associate the license with your new hardware ID.

There is a limit on the maximum number of hardware IDs associated with the license. If you reach the limit, then the License Manager utility will guide you though the process of removing unused hardware IDs from the license. |
The License Manager utility stores the license key in the registry, and product samples are configured to read it from the registry. Please refer to the section ImageGear Licensing API for details on adding licensing calls to your application.
The License Manager utility requires an Internet connection in order to manage the license keys. If you don't have an Internet connection, please contact Accusoft Customer Service.
The Development license enables the development of an unlimited number of applications, but in order to deploy your ImageGear-based application you need to obtain the AccuSoft Licensing Deployment Kit (LDK). Please contact Accusoft when you're ready to deploy your solution. See also the section ImageGear Licensing API.
