During the ImageGear Professional installation, you need to obtain a license key using the AccuSoft License Manager that is run automatically at the end of the installation. If you need to run it manually, you can find the License Manager at the following location:
Start Menu\Programs\AccuSoft\ImageGear\License Manager
The License Manager utility requires an Internet connection in order to manage the license keys. If you don't have an Internet connection, please contact Accusoft Customer Service at http://www.accusoft.com/imaging-support.htm.
