This function adds new mark to ArtX page.

Arguments:
| hArtPage | ArtX page handle. |
| hMark | Handle of the mark to add. See HIG_ARTX_MARK. |
| nCoordType | Coordinate type of the mark on page. Please see enumIGArtXCoordType values. |
| lphMark | Pointer of mark object. |
Return Value:
Error count.
Supported Raster Image Formats:
This function does not process image pixels.
Remarks:
Mark will be added to default group (with zero index). Mark's coordinate system will be set to nCoordType value.
