PDF

Added support for viewing native PDF annotations in the HTML5 Viewer.
Updated the internal PDF Library to fix a number of rendering issues.
Improved document compression with a property to flatten AcroForm fields.
Added limited support for PDF documents containing XFA forms. Also, many Annotations, PDF, OCR, and Viewing samples now support opening PDF documents containing XFA forms by default.

CAD

Added support for rendering CAD in our WPF library.

Samples and Documentation

Added a new sample, OEMLicensing, that demonstrates how to apply an OEM license using ImageGear .NET API.

Comparison API

Added a new namespace, ImageGear.Comparison, that compares PDF documents for text and image differences.
The API can detect whether two documents have different text or image content, and can create a PDF document that reports insertions and deletions between the documents.

PDF

Added a simplified API to extract images from PDFs with ImGearPDFImageFinder.
Added a new PDF AcroForms sample, ExtractFormFieldData, that demonstrates how to extract form data from a filled PDF document and save it to a text file.

OCR

HTML5 Viewer

Introduced an HTML5 Viewer as an ASP.NET sample/framework for viewing over 45 file formats (including Office, PDF, PS, CAD, JPEG 2000, RAW, JPG, PNG, Medical (DICOM), etc.) through your web browser.

CAD

Added support for:
- creating blank DXG/DXF and
- writing to DWG/DXF.

CADEntities (Annotations)

Added the ability to create, manipulate, and save CADEntities (Text, Line, Ruler, and basic shapes) in DWG/DXF files.

ImageGear .NET v24 introduces the following AcroForms improvements:
