Popup Text
User Guide > How to Work with... > ART Mark Annotations > ART Annotations > ART 3.0/ART 2.0 Marks > Interactive Marks > Popup Text

The Popup Text annotation enables the end user to add an icon over the displayed document or image, and show text by clicking on the icon. The text can be created in various fonts, sizes, colors, and opacity. It can be created with or without a border or a fill color. The text can be modified by double-clicking on it.

Edit Mode

In Edit Mode, the end user can create a mark as follows:

  1. Click the Popup Text button.
  2. Click the point where the icon should be placed.
  3. To modify it, double-click the Popup Text mark. The cursor appears at the beginning of the text, and transforms to allow editing.

Run Mode

When the application is in Run mode, the cursor changes to a pointing hand when it passes over the icon of the Popup Text mark and the text is shown by clicking on it.
