com.accusoft.imagegear.formats.xmp.ImGearXMPRational class value.
Sets GPSDestBearing value of the EXIF XMP schema.

This XMP value represents EXIF GPS tag 24 (0x18) and specifies destination bearing, values from 0 to 359.99.

)
