setYCbCrSubSampling Method

Sets YCbCrSubSampling tag value. Method replaces the current tag value if the tag is present in the metadata tree, adds the tag if it was not present, or deletes the tag if a null value is passed.

\This method accesses the YCbCrSubSampling tag. The tag specifies the subsampling factors used for the chrominance components of a YCbCr image.
