Sets BitsPerSample tag value. get accessor returns the tag value if the tag is present in the metadata tree, or null otherwise. Method replaces the current tag value if the tag is present in the metadata tree, adds the tag if it was not present, or deletes the tag if a null value is passed.

This method accesses the BitsPerSample tag. The tag specifies number of bits per image component.

ImageGear ignores the value of this tag during image saving, and saves a value that corresponds to the saved image DIB's parameters.
