setUrgency Method

Sets Urgency IPTC dataset.

Method replacesthe tag value if the tag is present in the metadata tree, or null otherwise.

This method accesses the Urgency DataSet (2:10). The DataSet Specifies the editorial urgency of content and not necessarily the envelope handling priority.
