Sets Record2 Version IPTC dataset.

Method replacesthe tag value if the tag is present in the metadata tree, or null otherwise.

This method accesses the Record II Version DataSet (2:00). The DataSet identifies the version of the Information Interchange Model, Part II (Record 2:xx), utilised by the provider. Version numbers are assigned by IPTC and NAA.
