setExcursionTolerance Method

Sets Excursion Tolerance IPTC dataset.

Method replacesthe tag value if the tag is present in the metadata tree, or null otherwise.

This method accesses the ExcursionTolerance DataSet (3:130). The DataSet indicates if values outside the range defined by the end points in DataSet 3:125 may occur.
