getReleaseTime Method

Returns Release Time IPTC dataset.

Method returnsthe tag value if the tag is present in the metadata tree, or null otherwise.

This method accesses the Release Time DataSet (2:35). The DataSet designates in the form HHMMSS-HHMM the earliest time the provider intends the object to be used. Follows ISO 8601 standard.

Contains 11 bytes, consisting of graphic characters.
