getObjectDataSizeAnnounced Method

Returns Object Data Size Announced IPTC dataset.

Method returnsthe tag value if the tag is present in the metadata tree, or null otherwise.

This method accesses the ObjectData Size Announced DataSet (7:90). The DataSet represents the overall size of the objectdata, expressed in bytes, not including tags, if that size is known when transfer commences.
