getGammaCompensatedValue Method

Returns Gamma Compensated Value IPTC dataset.

Method returnsthe tag value if the tag is present in the metadata tree, or null otherwise.

This method accesses the GammaCompensatedValue DataSet (3:145). The DataSet specifies the value of gamma for the device multiplied by 100. If this DataSet is omitted, receiving equipment should assume that a gamma value of 2.22 applies.
