Tag ID value.
Looks up a record in the dictionary, based on metadata format and tag ID.
Syntax
public static IImGearMetadataDictRecord lookUp(

)

format
Metadata format.
tag
Tag ID value.

Return Value

IImGearMetadataDictRecord interface object.
